New patch updates

All credit goes to t0st and his discovery of why the loading times were so long.  Times are now cut to 1 to 2 minutes straight starting from the main menu and loading into online directly. General network issues have also been improved on PC, PS and Xbox users reporting issues concerning the game crashing.
